Welcome to VAL & KAL KONNECT. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use

of our website and our courier, medical courier, and box truck logistics services. By

accessing our website or booking a shipment with us, you agree to comply with and be

bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

VAL & KAL KONNECT provides transportation and logistics management, including

standard courier services, medical courier services, and freight/cargo transport via box

trucks. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment or service request at our sole

discretion.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

When booking a shipment with us, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide exact dimensions, weights, descriptions, pickup

instructions, and delivery addresses.

• Proper Packaging: Ensure all items are securely packed, sealed, and labeled to

withstand normal transit conditions.

• Prohibited Items: Refrain from shipping illegal goods, hazardous materials (unless

explicitly authorized by us in writing), or dangerous contraband.

• Ready for Pickup: Have items fully prepared for transport at the scheduled pickup

time to avoid waiting fees.

 

3. Medical Courier Protocols

For medical courier shipments (including specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical devices,

or lab work):

• You warrant that all items are packaged in strict compliance with federal, state, and

OSHA regulations regarding biohazardous or temperature-sensitive materials.

• VAL & KAL KONNECT acts solely as a secure transport courier and does not assume

medical liability for the contents, diagnosis, or utility of the shipped materials.

• A clear chain-of-custody form must be established at pickup and completed upon

delivery.

 

4. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

• Payment Terms: All services must be paid upfront through our website's merchant

gateway unless a corporate credit account has been formally approved in writing.

• Additional Charges: We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the actual

package weight, dimensions, or route difficulties exceed the original quote.

• Waiting & Fuel Fees: Additional fees may apply for driver wait times exceeding 15

minutes at pickup or delivery, or due to extreme market fuel fluctuations.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup window

may incur a cancellation fee.

 

5. Limitation of Liability and Claims

• Cargo Liability: VAL & KAL KONNECT limits its liability for lost, damaged, or delayed

cargo to a maximum of $100 per shipment, unless additional cargo insurance is

declared and paid for prior to transit.

• Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for transit delays caused by acts of

God, extreme weather, traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or public authority

actions.

• Filing a Claim: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted in

writing with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

 

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel active shipments, or terminate website

access for users who violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in

abusive behavior toward our drivers or staff.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings

arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located

in Florida.
